    Once your intake form is submitted, you can book your complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your event in more detail. Additional consultation time may be subject to a fee, which can be applied toward your event total if booked.

    Final Payment & Event Coordination

    The remaining balance must be paid 24–48 hours before your event. During this time, we’ll also confirm timing, location details, setup logistics, and any final updates.
